Dealing with Injuries and Dealing with Life
Whenever you get an injury, there’s a temptation to say “I’m too old for this.” Little by little, your will to train and your will to get stronger get taken from you. The thing is this: there’s always something you CAN do.
The same is true of life. You can take setbacks to mean that you’ll never move forward, you can use those setbacks to make you stronger.
