A lot of people tell me that they don’t have time to train, and they can’t make it a priority.  No offense, but that’s a lie.  

You want to know why?

Because the only real assets you have in this life are your mind and your body.  If either of them go, you’re gonna be in a world of shit.  

When I said you were lying, the fact is that you’re not lying to me.  In fact, neither I nor anyone else actually matters here.  It doesn’t matter what I think.  

What matters is that you’re lying to yourself. 

You’re lying to yourself in thinking that fitness is not a priority, and you’re lying to yourself in saying that you can’t do it.  

Why is this a lie?

Because unless you take care of your body, everything else you’re putting effort into will go to hell.  

Your sex drive, your self esteem, your health, quickly followed by your ability to earn money and to take care of yourself.  

It’s also a lie because there’s people out there who are double amputees who are training.  There’s 70 and 80 year old men running Spartan Races, and there’s people who’ve overcome injury and mental illness because they started investing in their bodies.  

The truth is that your only real priority in this life is to be prepared for anything that comes at you, and the prerequisite for that is you being of sound mind and sound body.  

So let’s fucking do this.  

I put together a video below that details a 4 minute tabata workout.  You can do this workout anywhere and if you can’t lift heavy weight, you can use a soup can.
