When you’re young, having friendships is almost a right of passage in life. There’s lots of opportunities to meet people through school, sports, and clubs.

When you serve in the military, you’re constantly surrounded by friends and acquaintances. You have people you can confide in.

But as you get older, it gets harder and harder to maintain those relationships. So many people find themselves in a position where their wife, husband, or girlfriend is the only person they really communicate with regularly.

But what happens if you go through a divorce or a breakup? That’s when you can find yourself socially stranded without anyone to toss you a lifeline.

In this episode, I take you through three easy techniques for re-establishing your social network.
