Like everyone else who’s serious about fitness, I love the back squat. But I’ve found that only including the back squat, and not other variations of the squat, in my routine, I would consistently hit plateaus in my progress. This video takes you through three of my favorite variations of the squat that have consistently led to strength gains through the years.
