Paleo Meat Loaf
Ingredients:
2 lbs Grassfed Beef
3 Free Range Eggs
1 Onion diced
1 Bell Pepper diced
1 Can Tomato Paste
Himalayan Salt (to taste)
1/2 cup Almond Flour Cracker Crumbs
Garlic Powder (to taste)
Organic Ketchup
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients into a mixing bowl. Knead all ingredients until thoroughly combined. Form into loaf and place into a glass baking dish. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Spread ketchup over the top and bake for an additional 20 minutes. Let rest for 5 minutes before cutting into it.
