You don’t need to spend two hours in the gym a day to get fit and change your body. You can get great workouts in in the comfort of your own home. It comes down to understanding the role that fitness should play in your life. It shouldn’t take you away from your role as a parent, and it shouldn’t take you away from your career. It should make you better at all of those things.
