My Fasting Protocol, How Rigidity Ruins Fitness, and a Keto Recipe

My Instant Pot Keto Brussels Sprouts Recipe


1/2 lb Bacon

1 lb Brussels Sprouts

Salt to taste

Garlic Powder to taste

1 clove garlic

Olive Oil

Rice Vinegar

1/2 cup walnuts

1 cup crumbled goat cheese


Chop brussels sprouts in half and trim the ends. Toss in olive oil, salt and garlic powder. Set instant pot to sautee. Chop up bacon into 1 inch pieces and begin frying bacon in the instant pot for 2-3 minutes. Add garlic. After a minute add the brussels sprouts. Add more salt and garlic powder to the pot. Add 1 cup of water to the pot, put the lid on, lock it, and then manually set the instant pot to cook on high pressure for 4 minutes. 

While the brussels sprouts are still hot stir in nuts and crumbled goat cheese. Serve hot.
