The Topic: How Veterans Can Regain Pride and Sense of Purpose in Their Civilian Lives
One of the things I hear most often from Veterans is that, in their civilian lives, they can’t find the pride and sense of purpose in what they do when they enter the civilian world. This is a dangerous feeling because it inevitably leads to depression, the leading killer of US Military Veterans in this country today. It’s a difficult state to overcome, but you can get out of it. You get bored when you feel like you’re not doing anything worthwhile. In this Warrior Notes Episode we take you through three things you can do to regain that pride you felt when you were still in uniform.
