Hey. What's going on, guys? Welcome to the Warrior Soul podcast. My name is Chris Albert. And in this podcast, we deliver tools, tactics, strategies, and ideas to help The US military veteran community and anybody else willing to listen to live their absolute best lives.
You know, as of late, if you've been watching the news, things in the world have been crazy. We've been talking about that a lot here on the podcast. You know, if you listen to the last show I did, the last episode I did with Eddie Gallagher, we kind of talked about what's going on in the military, this this kind of military, government, media, industrial complex that's out there. And, you know, I think that there is a culture war going on. And what the mainstream is gonna do is anything that doesn't match up with their agenda, they are going to try to label as disinformation.
Anything that that doesn't match up with their view of the world is going to they're gonna label as moronic or idiotic. And this week, I was reading through posts on Instagram, and, you know, Bryson Gray had created a song called Let's Go Brandon. He's a rapper, conservative rapper, and it rose to the top of the charts, and that pissed a lot of people off. Right? I think he was up there, and then and then Hire the Zapper was up there with with their song Home of the Brave.
And The Marine Rapper's been up there too out there trying to make some music. And the powers that be are not happy about this. They're they're pissed off. And so what I wanted to do was kinda come on here and highlight this because some of you might not know that that that this is going on out there. We've got people who maybe they're conservative, maybe they're they're they're just fighting for freedom.
Maybe they're they're they're just middle of the road. Maybe they're they're looking at what's going on out there, you know, people like Nicki Minaj who are looking on looking at what's going on out there, who's not even necessarily conservative, but but saying, you know, this is a bunch of BS. And I think one of the things that we all have to do is is support artists like that, support people like that. You know? So those three I was talking about.
I mean, obviously, lot of people know about Nicki Minaj, but if you haven't heard of, you know, The Marine Rapper, if you haven't heard of Hire the Zapper, if you haven't heard of Bryson Gray, go look them up. Check their music out. Get out there and and support some of these people. And there's probably others too. And if you you message me with any names and things like that, I'll be sure to message I'll be sure to mention them on on later episodes.
You know, and then there's more importantly, think information. I think music is is a huge part of of all this because it gets messages out there in other ways, but also information. What what are you listening to on a daily basis? What podcast are you listening to? A lot of you might be listening to this one.
I hope, you know, you're also listening to things like Order of Man. My good friend Ryan Michler has an absolutely amazing show where he's trying to teach men to take a more active role in their family's lives, in their own lives, and and trying to get them to step up in society. And I think that, quite honestly, he's one of the best people out there providing tools and tactics to men in America or around the world right now for how to be better men. Really great person. He's moved up to Maine.
He's starting, like, a compound up there. He's doing some absolutely awesome things. And I have to say, I have so much admiration for Ryan. I consider him a friend. He's been on the show a few times.
I've been on his show. And and just a really, really great dude who's in this fight and who's fighting every day. You know, people like Jocko Willink, obviously, everybody's everybody's listening to him. Joe Rogan, everybody's listening to them. But, you know, also, this guy's not necessarily conservative, but but he's out there trying to spread the truth, and that's Russell Brand.
You might know him as a comedian, but he's out there on YouTube, and his new show is absolutely awesome. You know, he's somebody who's absolutely speaking truth to power. He's absolutely out there calling out the Biden administration, calling out the CDC, calling out all the BS that's going on right now. You know, definitely check out Eddie Gallagher's Instagram page and definitely check out Eddie Gallagher's book, the the the Man in the Arena. And that kinda goes through his story.
Eddie Gallagher, he's been on the show twice now. Navy SEAL, who was falsely accused of war crimes, and who the media and a bunch of other powerful people really tried to railroad and and spread lies about and literally tried to put him away for life. And he's doing amazing things through the Pipe Hitter Foundation, trying to help out military members who've gone through similar things, trying to help out first responders, trying to help out law enforcement, and he is doing some amazing things right now. And, you know, I I think that each and every one of us needs to step up too. We've all got social media access.
We've all got some way of spreading information. You know, when you see something out there, share it. Where when you when you see a song like Bryson Gray's or when you see that that he's climbing to the top of the charts, because people are helping to put him there. Right? And if you want to see more artists like that reach to the top of the charts, you gotta get out there.
You gotta get on iTunes. You gotta support them. Right? You gotta support people like him, people like The Marine Rapper. You gotta support podcasts like Ryan Michler's.
You gotta support podcasts like this one. You gotta support authors like Eddie Gallagher. You've gotta be out there actually voting with your attention. Right? If you're giving attention to all the mainstream media, if you're giving attention to CNN, if you're giving attention to MSNBC, if you're giving attention to to all these other, you know, sources that, for lack of a better term, don't give an f about you, then you're just gonna be a slave to the misinformation and BS.
And that's it. You know, I am concerned, but I'm also warmed. I I I look at my social media feed, and I see how many people are speaking out. I see how many people are actually out there trying to do something. I see how many people are out there actually trying to take action, actually trying to improve the lives of their children, trying to improve the lives of those around them, trying to protect those around them.
And that warms my heart, because that's what this is really about. It's it's not about a war or anything like that. This is about spreading good information, bringing ideas out there, showing your love for your fellow man, showing your humanity right now. Because this is the only way that we're gonna win. It it it really is.
The only way that we're gonna win is through love, through through spreading good ideas, through through trying to help each other out, through trying to support people that we we agree with, that we care about, and trying to fight bad information with good. That's all I got for today, guys. I hope you're all doing well. I will be back at you next week with another interview. And if you haven't had a chance, go back, check that Eddie Gallagher interview we did last week.
Go check out a number of the other interviews we've done here on the podcast, and, you know, I hope you get a lot out of it. This is Chris Albert with the Warrior Soul podcast, and I am out.
